MTCS swim finished well at their tri meet against PCA and Smyrna High. Three 1st place finishes along with some PR’s for Swanson, Curtis and Estrella.

Also big congratulations to Emily Chambers for qualifying in three more Region events this past weekend in Knoxville along with 8 Personal Best swims.

MTCS MS swim just finished up a quad meet against Oakland Middle, Central Magnet and Siegel Middle. Overall we had some great TOP finishes in both individual and relay events. Nice job Cougars!!

Perfect running weather — cool temps and a light mist at Vaughn’s Gap in Percy Warner Park — made for an ideal regional race day. The team rose to the occasion with strong performances and several PRs!

Congratulations to our Middle School team as they had their first meet invite of the season. MTCS joined 19 other teams to kick off the 25-26 regular season. We finished strong in many individual races alongside two top 5 finishes in our girls relays. Not to mention, 6 of our middle school swimmers have already qualified for regionals.
